🛍️ Buying Physical Products

Purchasing items such as incense, crystals, or other goods creates a contract once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.

Products are described as accurately as possible. Natural items (e.g., crystals) may vary slightly in colour, shape, or pattern.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout through approved payment providers.

Delivery

Dispatch times vary depending on stock and destination. You will receive confirmation when your order is shipped. Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside the business’s control, but support will be provided to help resolve issues.


🔄 Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You must notify Sunny Auras by email before returning anything.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging.

Return shipping costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, Sunny Auras will cover return costs or provide an alternative solution.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Standard delivery costs from the original order are refunded, but upgraded delivery options (e.g., express shipping) are not.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact Sunny Auras promptly with details and photos. A replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged in line with consumer rights.

Readings and spiritual services may be delivered digitally or in person.

Non‑refundable services

Completed readings are non‑refundable, as they are personalised services that begin as soon as preparation or delivery starts.
Refunds may be offered only at the business owner’s sole discretion, for example if a session cannot be completed due to illness or technical issues.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a live reading, if applicable, contact Sunny Auras as early as possible. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate changes.
